Operational Principle:
- Workers put baskets with raw shrimps into middle belt and then, the belt will automatically transfer raw shrimps to workers.
- The conveyor is designed with 3 level. The bottom level can be a belt or screw pile. The middle belt is used to transfer raw shrimps and the top level is used to transfer finished products.
Advantages:
- The length and the structure can be adjusted to optimize the the foodflow and the worker flow.
- The conveyor can transferred HLSO shrimp, collect waste and transfer the finished product.
- With the inverter, conveyor speed can be adjusted according to required productivity
