The steamed machine uses high and uniform pressure forced technology to pass through the product at a controlled temperature. The device allows to adjust the temperature of each rooms. Reduce the amount of exhausted steam help increase productivity and do not cause dehydration of the product

Operational principle:

Steam is forced to circulate and go through foods with a controlled temperature, so foods are cooked well and prevented from being over-cooked on their surface while the need is core of them.
