The machine support harvesting shrimp from the pond directly without causing the shrimp to suffocate or scratch the shrimp body. Saving time for harvesting with high productivity
The machine is used for flushing water on both sides of the mold to separate the shrimp block from the mold with high productivity. The conveyor speed can be adjusted to increase the efficiency of block separation from the mold.
The machine plate a layer of freezing on the product surface to protect the food which has been separated from the mold. The food is covered with a layer of freezing. The food block will not be thawed as dipped the glazing tank.
The machine is used to wash processing tools such as baskets, tráy, etc. in order to prepare for next working shifts.
