Flake Ice Maker is a specialized equipment to produce flake ice with different productivities depending on production requirements.
The machine is used for flushing water on both sides of the mold to separate the shrimp block the mold with high productivity. The converor speed can be adjusted to increase the efficiency of block seperation from the mold.
The machine plate a layer of freezing on the product surface to protect the food which has been separated from the mold. The food is covered with a layer of freezing. The food block will not be thawed as dipped the glazing tank.
